General Liability

  • Protects assets of a business in case of lawsuit
  • Includes premises/operational liability, medical payments, and contractual liability
  • Purchase separately or as part of BOP

Business Income and Extra Expense (aka Business Interruption Insurance)

  • Commercial coverage reimburses owners for lost profits and continuing fixed expenses in case of physical damage to and restoration of the property
